Homemade, cooked barley from the Istrian fields combined with beetroot, marinated roasted pumpkin, leek and fennel is a real nutritional bomb that will delight you with its taste and texture! It is a great option for vegetarians, but also as a side dish for meat dishes.
Instructions for consumption: as a side dish heat the barley on the stove, in a suitable pan with a small amount of butter, or in the microwave. As a salad, serve cold.

Ingredients: cooked BARLEY 50% (BARLEY, water), cooked beetroot 10% (beetroot, water), marinated roasted pumpkin 10% (pumpkin, salt, oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, pumpkin oil, spices, pepper), leek 10%, CELERY 10%, fennel 10%, oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, butter (contains MILK), spices. May contain traces of MUSTARD, SOY, SESAME and WHEAT.
