Black olive tapenade or spread is a Provencal dish that will delight you with scents and flavours of the Mediterranean. It gets its special touch from salted capers. You can use this tapenade as a spread for sandwiches or serve it with crudités (raw vegetable sticks) from our kitchen, with grissini, crackers and similar snacks. You can also add it to hot dishes such as pasta or fish.

Ingredients: black olives in brine 56% (black olives, water, kitchen salt, stabiliser: iron gluconate), oil derived by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, lemon, salted capers (capers 75%, salt 25%), parsley, salted ANCHOVY fillet in sunflower oil (ANCHOVY FISH (Engraulis encrasicolus)) 65%, sunflower oil 35%), garlic. May contain grains containing GLUTEN, CRAB, EGGS, other FISH, SOY, MILK, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SULFITES and MOLLUSCS.
