Freshly boiled, home-grown potatoes from a local family farm are a perfect choice for a tasty and healthy side dish. The potatoes are ready for a short boil, after what you can add a drizzle them with extra virgin olive oil or butter, freshly chopped parsley or dill or some other spices as desired.
Instructions for consumption: take the potatoes out of the package and cook them in salted, boiling water for 2-3 minutes or heat them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can reheat the product in the microwave oven and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container.
