Ideal for frying, baking and sautéing because it is extremely thermostable, so there is no formation of free radicals and the release of other harmful ingredients. Exposed to heat above 25 ° C it turns into a liquid state. It is also an ideal substitute for butter or as an aromatic addition to sweet dishes.
