The entire production of Valfresco ''strozzapreti'' takes place in our Valfresco kitchen - from making dough to cooking!
Instructions for consumption: take the ''strozzapreti'' out of the container, cook in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, or heat up in a sauce and serve. You can reheat the product in the microwave and in the original packaging, after removing the protective foil from the container.
