Sirela's Trapist is a semi-hard full-fat cow's cheese, with a characteristically spicy taste and moderately pronounced aroma. His dough is straw yellow. The extended ripening period gives a special hardness, a unique smell and a recognized taste that is worth waiting for 120 days.
This premium cheese is an unavoidable part of every cheese platter, it is served with olives, celery, and goes well with grapes or fine pastries. Sirela's Trapist has been holding the Croatian Quality label since 2005.
