Sirela Podravec is certainly Sirela's most popular semi-hard fatty cheese made from cow's milk. It is distinctly yellow in color, cohesive and soft cheese dough. It has a slightly sour taste, and as it matures, it gets a sweet note. It has no bark and is easy to cut. Sirela Podravec has beenholding the label Originally Croatian since 2005.
