The green-gold jewel of Istrian olive oil making. This oil is obtained by a cold pressing procedure, with a 0,08 up to 0,2% share of free fatty acids. It is rich in nutritional elements and aromatic flavours. This extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a special balance of spiciness and bitterness, a pleasant aroma, green-gold colour and density. This extra virgin olive oil is a blend with 80% of the leccino variety.
This oil brings mild and refreshing olive notes and can be used in various dishes.
