Instructions for preparation: remove the dough from the bag and shape into the desired shape, and place it in a mold or baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise at room temperature for about 2 hours or until it doubles in volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40 - 55 min for a softer crust, or at 175°C for 50 min for a crispier crust. Additional tip: put a container with the same amount of water (about 900 mL) in the oven at the same time as the dough. The water vapor will help the dough bake and give the product shine and fluffiness.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 550 55%, water, corn grits 6%, sunflower oil, corn flour 2%, yeast, salt, sugar. May contain other cereals containing GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, SOY, MILK, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME and MOLLUSCS.
