Grand Oval Trappist is a hard cow's cheese with slightly salty notes and rounded aromas which matures for 120 days. It takes as much as 11 liters of milk to make 1 kilogram of this special trappist cheese, rich in protein and calcium, without lactose. It goes well with grapes and plums, as well as Pinot Noir and Plavac mali.
