Dr. Oetker Ground Gelatin is used to strengthen creamy cakes and pastries, cream and gelatinous sweet and savory dishes.
 
Two preparation options:
 
1. Mix the contents of the wrapper with 4 tablespoons of cold liquid and allow to swell. Then heat until completely dissolved and cool slightly before further use.
 
2. Mix the gelatin in 500 ml of warm liquid after swelling and then stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
