We’ve prepared a cake that will delight you! Beneath the dark chocolate mirror glaze, you'll find layers of moist hazelnut sponge and a light mascarpone-hazelnut cream. So delicious!
 
HAZELNUT CAKE
Hazelnut cake for 10+ servings.
Ingredients: cream preparation with 18% fat (cream (contains MILK) 94,5% beef gelatin, emulsifier: acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), mascarpone cheese (pasteurized CREAM, BUTTER, fresh CHEESE, MILK PROTEINS, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: xanthan gum, sodium alginate and carrageenan, acidity regulator: citric acid), EGG white, sugar, water, hazelnut, cocoa and waffle flavor paste [sugar, sunflower oil, HAZELNUT paste, HAZELNUT granules, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa powder, wafer biscuits (WHEAT flour, coconut oil, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, salt, raising agent sodium hydrogen carbonate, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavourings], HAZELNUTS, EGG yolks, base mix for stabilising whipped cream and topping cream (sugar, maltodextrin, dextrose, beef gelatin, modified potato starch, WHEY powder), WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, cream for sauces (cream (contains MILK) with 16% milk fat 97%, starch), invert sugar, cocoa powder with 22-24% cocoa butter 19% (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate, flavouring: vanillin), marasca cherry distillate fruit liqueur (sugar, water, marasca cherry distillate, alcohol, natural flavourings), powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch 5%), gelatin (pork).
