Ingredients: pork 73%, pork fat, white wine (contains SULPHITES), garlic, salt, pepper, spices, edible casing: pork casing (pork casing, salt, water). May contain cereals containing GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, MILK, CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME.

Store at a temperatures of +2°C to +4°C.
