Istrian sauce with prosciutto, pancetta and button mushrooms goes perfectly with homemade pasta. Prosciutto, pancetta and mushrooms used for this sauce are from local, istrian producers
Instructions for consumption: take the desired amount of sauce out of the package and boil it in a pan with two tablespoons of water per person or in a microwave oven. Add cooked pasta and serve.

Prosciutto, pancetta and mushroom sauce for 4+ servings.
Ingredients: button mushrooms 22%, skinelles smoked pancetta 13% (pork belly, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate), vegetable sauce (onion, water, CELERY, carrots, garlic, sunflower oil), prosciutto 9% (pork hind leg, salt, spices, preservatives: sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), oil made from mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil, tomato concentrate (tomato 99,6%, salt), WHEAT flour, white wine (contains SULPHITES), red wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, pepper, spices. May contain other grains containing GLUTEN, EGGS, SOY, MILK, NUTS, MUSTARD and SESAME.
