Pleasant and refreshing, full and great with e.g. summer and seafood dishes or seasonal vegetable dishes. Attractive with a sparkling crystal clear light pink hue. Direct on the nose, with a not too complex scent, fruity in the direction of home grown dark-red berries and stone fruits, with a fine floral note. Slightly acidic in taste, dry, rounded, good bodied, with a vibrant finale which is pleasantly bitter with fruity and herbal flavours, solid persistency.
