Thawed lamb meat with bones, cut. For roasting and baking.
Instructions for consumption: the meat must be thermally processed before consumption. Do not break the cold chain. Do not freeze. Salt and pepper the meat, season as desired (rosemary, bay leaf, oil, white wine), add root vegetables if desired.
Baking: Bake in the oven at 150°C for an hour, an hour and 30 minutes, checking. For the last ten minutes, increase the oven temperature to 180°C to brown the meat.
Braising: put seasoned meat in a container with root vegetables, cover with wine or stock or water, cover. Preparation time about an hour, an hour and 30 minutes. Ideally served with new potatoes and spring onions.
