Dr. Oetker light gelatin lefs is easily portioned as it can be used in individual flakes. It is great for preparing, for example, creamy cakes and pastries, cream and gelatinous sweet and savory dishes. The gelatin sheets are softened in a bowl of cold water, lightly squeezed and mixed directly into a warm dish according to the recipe. For cold creams, they should be melted separately and added to the rest of the cream.
One pack of gelatin in the sheets contains 6 sheets of gelatin, is enough for 500 ml of liquid and corresponds to one pack of Dr. Oetker ground light gelatin.
