This irresistible cake made of shortcrust pastry, almonds, hazelnuts and rosehip jam was named after the Austrian city of Linz, and the recipe for it is one of the oldest preserved - it dates back to 1653. Crispy dough product stuffed with extra rose hip jam for 8+ servings.
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, HAZELNUT, butter (MILK), extra jam pomegranate 15% (pomegranate, sugar, water, thickener: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest , EGG, ALMOND, egg yolk (contains EGG), powdered sugar (contains anticoagulant silicon dioxide), cinnamon, clove. May contain traces of other NUTS, PEANUTS and SESAME.
