Obtained from ecologically grown Istrian Malvasia grapes, this wine has a golden-yellow color with a slight amber glow. It has the aroma of ripe yellow fruit, ripe pears and apricots, dried fruits (figs, candied oranges), toasted almonds, anise, cinnamon and exotic spices. It has full, extremely intense complex taste, oily texture, sweet tannin flavor supported by enough freshness, long-lasting taste of sweet fruit and exotic spices. It is ideal with shrimps and prawns' risotto, risotto mushrooms or seasonal vegetables, white fish, salmon, various pastas with meat or seafood, Istrian fuži, chicken and grilled vegetables. Serve at a temperature of 12-14 °C.
