Dear foodies, we recommend you to try our mushroom spread, inspired by the famous steak tartare! This perfectly creamy spread is made from champignons, salted anchovies, Worcestershire sauce and aromatic spices. Serve it with toasted bread and butter, with a glass of Teran or dark beer.
 
MUSHROOM SPREAD À LA TARTAR
A spread made from sautéed mushrooms and spices in the style of steak tartare for 4+ servings.
Ingredients: mushrooms champignons 77%, butter (contains MILK), mayonnaise [sunflower oil 76%, water, mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, sugar, table salt), egg yolks (EGG) 6,6%, sugar, table salt, vinegar, acidity regulator (tartaric acid(L(+)-))], salted anchovy fillet in sunflower oil (ANCHO FISH Engraulis encrasicolus) 65%, sunflower oil 35%), pickles (cucumbers, water, vinegar, table salt, sugar, dill, MUSTARD seeds and flavoring), Worcester sauce (BARLEY malt vinegar, alcoholic vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, ANCHOONS (FISH), extract tamarind, onion, garlic, spices, flavorings), capers in salt (capers 70%, salt), lemon juice, garlic, parsley, mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, sugar, table salt), hot pepper, thyme.
