Plum schnapps (Šljivovica) is produced from fermented grape pomace of Istrian Malvasia and directly distilled with steam with the addition of plums.
OPG Čehić was established in 2003. Agricultural activity takes place on a total area of 3,5 ha where they grow grape vines, olives and fruit trees, and also engage in beekeeping. They use the raw materials they produce for further processing.
