Family farm Franjul from Dolinci, near Sv. Petar u Šumi in central Istria, is engaged in the production of Istrian sausages, sausages with truffles, sausages with rosemary, salami with four types of pepper, boneless pork loin ('Ombolo'), bacon and prosciutto. Their pigs are fed exclusively with food they produce on their own farm, and numerous awards confirm their commitment to tradition and quality in the production of fresh and dried meat products.
