Shoyu is a traditional Japanese spice with a salty taste, prepared from soy and wheat. Shoyu Okinawa is manufactured in Japan in the traditional way and without chemical additives. It can be used in the preparation of soups, stews, sauces, salads, vegetables, etc. It is used as a substitute for salt and gives a richer and more varied taste.
