Fresh suckling pig meat, with bones, ready for roasting.
Preparation: salt and season the meat, cut it in half and place on the grill in the oven. Place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven and roast the suckling pig for 2 hours and 45 minutes at a temperature of 130 °C, without rotating the meat. If you want a crispy skin, increase the roasting temperature to 160 °C for the last 10 minutes. For even tastier and softer meat, we recommend pouring craft beer over the meat at halfpoint during the roasting.
To add an ideal side dish to this crispy and soft meat, serve the suckling pig with delicious roasted veggies or choose barley with vegetables from our Valfresco offer.
