Dried durum wheat semolina pasta. Šurle traditionally originate from the island of Krk. The cooking time of the pasta is 10 - 12 minutes.
The love for tradition and good cuisine was the reason for founding a small family business in the Istrian town of Kanfanar in 1987. Using the highest quality raw materials - top quality durum wheat and fresh eggs from floor cultivation, pressing the dough over rollers that mimic the handwork of our grandmothers, special forms of Klara Marić pasta are created.
