Wine Teran of the Motovun vineyard, deep and opaque ruby red with a hint of purple. A layered aroma of ripe cherries and prunes, mixed with forest fruits and admixtures of spicy oak notes. Layered taste, with depth, firm tannins, solid concentration, with moderate acids. Fruity on the palate, pleasantly spicy finish with the aftertaste of ripe teran grapes. A wine of a more elegant type, with a great balance between freshness and warmth, intended for pairing with dry aged beefsteaks, aged steaks and rich meat sauces like ossobuco.
