Valle is a blend of Istrian Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc, to which the first gives body and texture, and the second verticality, freshness and aromatic complexity. Feels lively and young, with an abundance of aromas of green peppers and elderberries and a small proportion of ripe grapefruit, apricot, papaya and mango. In general, the aromas are dominated by notes of sauvignon blanca compared to Malvasia. On the palate completely ready to enjoy, open. Completely dry, tender to medium-bodied, with finely balanced acids and a pleasant lemon flavor finish. Simply a very nice aperitif wine or wine to enjoy by the glass.
