Try the vegan version of the popular Caesar salad! We prepare it from fresh lettuce mixed with soy protein strips, radishes, vegan cheese substitute and chickpea sauce.

Salad with soy protein strips and sauce for 1+ serving
Ingredients: lettuce 80% [lettuce, soy protein strips 25% (rehydrated SOY protein 90.2% (water, SOY protein concentrate 31.6%), rapeseed oil, vinegar, yeast extract, flavors), plant-based product with coconut oil with natural mozzarella flavor (water, coconut fat 24%, sea salt 1.6%, stabilizers: modified starches, pea protein, thickener: modified starch, natural flavor, antioxidant: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrate), semi-white bread [ WHEAT flour T-850, water, yeast, sunflower oil, sugar, improver (WHEAT flour, anti-caking agent E170, emulsifier E472e, flour treatment agent E300, enzymes)], sauce 20% [bio beverage from soy (water, SOY 9.5%, sea salt), chickpea and sesame spread (boiled chickpeas 48%, SOY oil, SESAME paste 16%, water, corn starch, salt, garlic, acidity regulators (citric acid, acetic acid), preservative ( potassium sorbate)), mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, alcoholic vinegar, sugar, salt, spices), lemon juice, garlic, capers in salt (capers 70%, salt), oil obtained by mixing refined olive oil and (extra) virgin olive oil oils, soy sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), parsley].
