Fresh vegetables from local family farms ready for preparation on the grill or in the pan. Zucchini, onions, and mushrooms are from Istrian producers. The vegetables are washed and ready to be prepared. Season the vegetables in the package with salt, olive oil and pepper or other spices as desired, mix well and roast them on a medium heat on the grill or in a pan for 7-10 minutes.
