Instructions: the meat must be heat treated before consumation. Place the meat in a roasting dish, brush with oil, season and bake in a preheated oven at 160-170°C for around 1 hour and 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Serve with various side dishes. The meat can also be used for making a chicken soup.
