Zarpellon Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese made from milk, salt and rennet, to which lysozyme is added. Lysozyme is an antibacterial enzyme that is naturally present in many organic substances, including egg white. The cheese has a delicate and fragrant taste and aroma, pale yellow in color. Ideal for grating on a variety of pastas or for snacking with olives and wine.
