The wine has a lighter straw yellow color and a refined fruity-floral aroma. It has recognizable aromas of apple, vineyard peach, exotic notes of banana, and freshly cut grass and Mediterranean herbs. It goes well with lighter white meat dishes, white fish and vegetable risottos. It is best served at a temperature between 10 - 12°C.
